This Privacy Policy explains how Host Pricing (“Host Pricing”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) — a revenue management consultancy operated by Subhodeep Mandal — collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit hostpricing.co.in, submit a form on our website, respond to one of our LinkedIn lead generation forms or advertisements, book a call with us, or otherwise contact us.

Host Pricing provides revenue management, dynamic pricing, and OTA (online travel agency) visibility optimisation services to short-term rental owners, property managers, and boutique hotels. We collect information you voluntarily provide when you interact with us, including:

• Contact details — your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and company or business name.
• Lead form responses — when you submit a LinkedIn lead generation form or a form on our website, we collect the details you provide, such as your email and answers to questions like the number of listings or properties you manage.
• Booking information — when you schedule a call through our booking tool (Calendly), we receive your name, email, selected time, and any details you add to the booking.
• Communications — the content of messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, contact form, or social media, and any property or listing links you share for review.

Information we collect automatically

When you visit our website, we and our analytics providers automatically collect limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page, and interactions (for example, clicks on our booking, WhatsApp, or platform links). This is collected through cookies and similar technologies described in Section 5.

• Prepare a personalised review of your property or OTA listings ahead of a call;

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, and only as needed to provide their service to us. These include:

• LinkedIn — for advertising and lead generation forms (see Section 7);
• Google (Analytics, Workspace/email) and Microsoft (Clarity) — for analytics and communications;
• Calendly — for scheduling calls;
• Other tools we use to deliver our services, where relevant.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Host Pricing, our clients, or others.

7. LinkedIn lead forms & advertising

We run advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, including Lead Generation Form ads. If you submit one of these forms, LinkedIn shares the information you provide (such as your name, email address, and your answers to our questions) with us so that we can follow up about our revenue management services. LinkedIn's handling of your data is governed by the LinkedIn Privacy Policy. You can manage your LinkedIn advertising preferences and review or delete submitted lead data in your LinkedIn account settings. When you submit a form, we use your details to contact you and, where you have agreed, to send related communications — you can unsubscribe at any time.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy — typically for the duration of our correspondence or engagement with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

9. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to request a copy of your data in a portable format; and to withdraw consent. You can also:

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any message, or by emailing us;
• Opt out of analytics using the browser controls described in Section 5;

10. International data transfers

Host Pricing is based in India and serves clients globally. Where required, we take steps to ensure your information remains protected in line with this policy and applicable law.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Children

Our website and services are intended for business professionals and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
